Terms and conditions for Lessons and Online Lessons

A private lesson, online private lesson, group lesson and online group lesson will be refered to as the “Lesson”.  This Single User Agreement is between Donato Nardizzi and the individual whom Donato Nardizzi has agreed to supply the Lesson referred to as the “Client”.

(1) Acceptance & Term

Acceptance of these terms and condition takes place when the Client pays for an Lesson.

The “Commencement” or the “Effective Date” of this agreement is the date when the payment was made and terminates when the Lesson has completed.

(2) Cancellation

Clients may cancel their booking for the Lesson by giving notice by e-mail to [email protected]:

·       Clients will be entitled to a full refund if you give at least 24 hours notice.

·       Clients may be given a partial refund (at the discretion of Donato Nardizzi) if the cancellation is made within 24 hours from the start of the lesson.

In the event that Donato Nardizzi decides to cancel a lesson (such a decision is completely at his discretion), the Client will be offered a rescheduled lesson and if this or other alternatives are not acceptable a full refund will be given.

(3) Payments

All Lessons must be payable in full prior to the Client being allowed to participate. Payment can be made by major credit and debit cards (via the website donatonardizzi.com).

(4) Exclusion from the Online Lesson

Donato Nardizzi expects the Client when attending a Lesson to behave in a polite and appropriate manner and reserves the right to exclude the Client or abandon the lesson in the event of disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour by the Client. In such an event, no refund will be payable to the Client if excluded.

(5) Equipment

Donato Nardizzi bears no responsibility for the Client’s equipment for online lessons (e.g., computer, internet connection, speakers, webcam, microphones and bandwidth). In other words, the Client is exclusively responsible for checking the condition of their personal equipment prior to the online lesson.

(6) Liability

The Client agrees that their participation in the Lesson is voluntary. Furthermore, the Client agrees to assume any risk associated with participating in the event, and releases Donato Nardizzi from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during the Client’s participation. Such releases are without limitation, and include attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages suffered by the Client.

(7) Failure to Attend

Please note that failure to attend a Lesson will not be eligible for refund whatsoever.

(8) Online Lesson Selection

The Client accepts that it is their responsibility that the Lesson booked and paid for is suitable for their requirements and ability. The assessment and the final decision concerning the suitability of the lesson is the Client’s responsibility. In cases where Donato Nardizzi has made recommendations, he does so in good faith and not be wilfully misleading, is based on the information the Client has provided.

(9) Copyrights

If the Client is given permission to record the Lesson, it is given on the condition that the intellectual property rights for the recordings shall remain the property of Donato Nardizzi. The Client agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the recording or use them except for the purpose of personal reference.

(10) The nomination of Alternative Learner

Nomination by the Client of an alternative learner for an Lesson may be made as long as at least 24 hours notice is given by e-mail to [email protected]. In all cases, the Client undertakes to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of the alternative learner. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the learner(s) receive all the relevant information including the joining instructions and that they meet the eligibility.
