Former President of ITF-England
Grand Master Nardizzi served as President of ITF-England, the umbrella body of Taekwon-Do associations and groups in England affiliated with the ITF. He was first elected on 27th November 2010 and re-elected in 2012 and 2014, completing his third term on 29th January 2017.
During his tenure, ITF-England grew from 4 associations to 21 associations/groups, significantly expanding the reach of Taekwon-Do across England.
Reforming the Charter and Bylaws
One of Grand Master Nardizzi’s first actions as President was to revise the Charter and Bylaws to give groups and associations enough freedom and autonomy. He ensured that all rules, procedures, and protocols were well-documented, providing clarity so that all members knew what to do and what to expect.
Freedom, Fairness, and Integrity
His leadership was guided by the principles of freedom and fairness, strongly influenced by Principle-Centred Leadership by Stephen R. Covey.
Grand Master Nardizzi structured ITF-England to ensure absolute fairness for all students and instructors, and to keep the organization free from any form of corruption.
Leadership Roles & Recognition
Acknowledged for his hard work, Grand Master Nardizzi was elected to serve three terms as President of ITF England from 2011 to 2016. He also currently holds the position of Chairman of the ITF Children’s Development Committee.
For his decades of teaching children in his local community and his work with the Kids Program, he was given the honour of serving as an Olympic Torch Bearer during the 2012 Olympics in London.
